. Develope channel marketing program to achieve sale goals
. Supervise and guide channel partners to deploy products displayed in stores in accordance with the brand's layout principles.
. Evaluate and manage suppliers and partners to develop and execute VM materials and products, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines within budget and market alignment
. Contribute to the continuous enhancement and optimization of Marketing programs
. Plan, coordinate and execute 100% product launch events and other channel marketing activities for partners and customers
. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs
. Perform related tasks as requested by Direct Manager
. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
. Minimum of 3 years of channel marketing/
trade marketing/retail experience
. Knowledge of the process and creation of merchandising solutions in-store and online
. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced enviroment
. Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
. Familiar with sports marketing will be highly prefered
