CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Report to: Head of Business Development

The role:

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager (CSM) who is accountable for building and leading the sale channels in day - to- day management activities at ELSA.

Act as a liaison between the ELSA and assigned channel partners.
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Identifies partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, services, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental join revenue achievement

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, 6+ year experience in enterprise sales in Channel, Direct and BD.
Has deep sales team management experiences
Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
Understand P&L, Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, fluent in written and spoken english, self motivated.
Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment
An "A-team" player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
Tech-savvy, strategic-minded, diligent action taker, lifelong learner
