1. Chemical Engineer (1 person)
Main responsibilities:
E/D inspection support and related technical/customer support
Customer visits, reporting, and coordination regarding quality issues
Mandatory requirements:
Must accept an initial 1-year contract (renewable based on business needs and performance)
Must be able to read and write English
Must be willing to visit customers and communicate directly with them
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of paints/coatings or coating inspection
Related practical experience
Experience in quality issue analysis and reporting
2. Color Matching Technician (1 person)
Main responsibilities:
Learn paint color matching technology at NPVH
Support paint color matching operations in HCM after training
Mandatory requirements:
Must accept long-term training/business stay in Hanoi
Will be dispatched to NPVH for several months to learn color matching knowledge and techniques
Must be able to read and write English
Good attention to detail and careful handling of formulation work
Must be comfortable working with chemicals and paint odors
Strong motivation to learn technical skills long-term
Preferred qualifications:
Able to communicate in spoken English
Good color sensitivity
Knowledge of paints/coatings
Practical experience handling paints/coatings
