Make an impact
- Define and update standard parameter of electrolyte.
- Manage quality of plating baths based on standard parameters by Hull Cell testing and measuring concentration by Lab service and control plan for treatment of plating bath as properly frequency.
- Coordinate with Plating line to monitor and control precious metal in Lab and in plating bath to make sure concentration of precious metal in standard.
- Coordinate with Plating line to control quality of electrolytes to ensure process stability for production output in quantity and quality to meet production plan and quality standard.
- Plan and prepare for chemicals, indirect materials, and precious metal consumption for plating line to ensure daily output at Plating.
- Withdrawal plan from Strong Room with Controlling team and accounting team for precious metal, posting SAP and checklist the quantity balancing to ensure the actual stock in security, control actual precious metal consumption daily.
- Coordinate with Plating Hull Cell, Plating line, Lab service and Controlling team to count stock monthly for totally plating baths and provide monthly report of precious metal consumption at Plating.
- Solve technical and quality issues of Electroplating Process.
- Support Plating engineer in developing new products.
- Train for operators the SOP and standard document. Manage safety to secure working environment meet required safety regulations of company and law.
- Utilize and improve continuously for plating process. Lead or contribute to project relevant to new chemicals, new plating techniques, new equipment for Plating.
- Other assignments by higher superior.
