1. Livestream Host (Beauty & Skincare):
Core Responsibilities:
- Represent the KANS brand through engaging livestream sessions, effectively introduce beauty/skincare products, interact with customers, increase sales performance, and build a positive shopping experience on TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Host livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Introduce, consult, and promote beauty/skincare products to customers.
- Interact actively with viewers and maintain livestream engagement.
- Support content filming/shooting activities when required.
- Update and apply social media trends creatively during livestream sessions.
- Support sales conversion and contribute to revenue growth..
Requirements:
- Female, aged from 20 to 25 years old.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in beauty livestream sales on TikTok or Shopee.
- Confident, flexible, and quick in handling situations.
- Clear voice and strong communication skills.
- Good-looking appearance with lively expressions.
- Passionate about livestreaming and social media trends.
- Sales consulting and closing skills are an advantage..
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary + 0.5% sales commission.
- Total income up to 20.000.000 VND/month.
- Flexible schedule: 4 hours livestream/day + 2 hours content support, 6 days/week (1 day off). Weekly shifts arranged in advance (latest livestream shift may end at 2:00 AM).
2. Livestream Assistant (Beauty & Skincare):
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the livestream team in ensuring smooth, engaging, and effective livestream sessions by assisting with product arrangement, audience interaction, technical setup, and order processing.
- Arrange and prepare products in the correct selling order during livestream sessions.
- Memorize product information including pricing, quality, and materials.
- Set up livestream rooms and related equipment before each session.
- Interact and engage with viewers during livestreams.
- Announce promotions, discounts, and campaign information.
- Support order confirmation and closing sales during livestream sessions.
Requirements:
- English communication skills required.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience is preferred; candidates without experience will be trained.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students who are passionate about e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work flexible hours according to livestream schedules.
- Age from 20 to 25 years old.
- Energetic, proactive, responsible, and quick learner with a positive working attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary 9.000.000 VND/month.
- Flexible schedule; 6 days/week (1 day off), 8 hours/day. Weekly shifts arranged in advance and overtime may be required during major sales campaigns.

Video editorCore Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filming, editing, and producing visual content for the company's brand communication and promotional activities. Create high-quality video and image content aligned with brand positioning and platform requirements. Through creative video production and visual optimization, this role aims to enhance brand exposure, increase user engagement, and improve conversion performance across e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, shoot, record, and edit various promotional materials, including videos and short-form content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, to increase account engagement and visibility.
- Handle post-production editing, visual effects processing, and content optimization for product videos, viral/trending videos, campaign videos, and product review videos.
- Collaborate closely with team members to participate in content planning, creative direction development, and video script creation.
- Design and produce image and video assets for upload and display on e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proficient in video editing and post-production software.
- Strong visual sensitivity and aesthetic judgment, with a keen eye for composition, sound, and color.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify, follow, and adapt to emerging video content trends.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly committed to work quality.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred. Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
