Chief Accountant (Chinese Speaking)

Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP, and company policies.
Cost Accounting & Budgeting:
• Manage cost accounting and inventory control processes, including product costing and variance analysis.
• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain cost efficiency and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly budget vs. actual reports.
Audit and Compliance:
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including implementing and maintaining internal controls.
Team Management & Development:
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting processes and career development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and set development goals for accounting personnel.
Financial Analysis & Strategic Support:
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Participate in strategic financial planning and contribute to long-term business growth.
Systems Management:
• Ensure that accounting systems are maintained accurately and updated as necessary.
• Work with IT and other departments to improve financial data systems and reporting processes.
