General affairs
Creation of various reports.
Labour-related procedures for employees (labour contracts, work permits, social insurance procedures, etc.)
Secretariat office public affairs (various contracts, business trip arrangements, equipment ordering, etc.)
Management of member data (enrollment/withdrawal/change registration, membership certificate issuance, etc.), etc.
Keep track of office expenses incurred during the month (expenses of rental, electricity, parking for employees, courier service, etc).
Be in charge: of flight tickets, hotel, and business fees for the Board of Directors.
Support/plan/organize the HR events for employees.
Other assignments as requested by Director & Support other departments if needed.
Accounting and Book-keeping work
Perform all standard accounting and book-keeping duties for our Vietnam and UK companies.
Prepare Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements.
Prepare Weekly Cashflow reports.
Prepare Monthly management accounts reports.
Prepare weekly aged debtors report.
Production of Monthly VAT reports.
Ongoing bank reconciliation.
Import and Processing of Invoices and Receipts.
Prepare Monthly, quarterly & Yearly reports to Tax Departments and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues.
Liaise and work with tax authorities, auditors, bankers etc...
Ensure that accounting reports are in compliance with approved accounting and tax regulations, standards and practices.
Payroll calculation, PIT declaration, social insurance premium declaration and payment
Preparation of budget and financial statements, management of expense execution, preparation of audit materials
Cash accounting management
Annual fee invoice creation and payment management
Various bank account registration procedures, management, etc.
Respond to visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries
Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to protect company assets, employees and operations.
