Mô tả công việc
- Lead and supervise all accounting department operations. Ensure the accounting system strictly complies with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and Corporate financial policies.
- Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide financial analysis, insights,
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement in financial management processes.
- Experience in tax refunds and consolidated financial reporting is a strong plus.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university
- Have 3-5 years of experience or more
- Have Chief Accountant Certificate
- Be able to use English at work
- Experience in tax refund (an advantage)
- E6Experience in consolidated reporting (an advantage)
