Mô tả công việc

Finance and Accounting:

Oversees the financial transactions and budgets of all departments within the organization.
Builds and manages the Finance & Accounting control system to ensure the Finance & Accounting jobs of the company are in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely, and sufficiently.
Performs month-end closing process (Revenue, Cash, AR, AP, Capex (FA), Allocation expense) including Operating expense (Opex) control, inventories control, costing calculation. Manages the operational expenses to ensure that they are within a limited budget.
Checks Tax declaration (VAT, FCT) and VAT refund, TP report.
Performs CIT finalization, quarterly tax planning and Tax optimization.
Performs inventory and other manufacturing-related items. Responsible for auditing information among the various enterprise-wide systems to ensure consistency and validity.
Creates and trains accounting and financial processes and policies to new staff to ensure the records are accurate.
Supports all departments that require compliance with accounting regulations in delivering the company target.
Works with Corporate Purchasing to resolve issues related to the purchase contract, purchase order, order receipt, and invoice vouch process for manufacturing-related items.
Prepares monthly management reports including the summary of over/under absorbed manufacturing expenses, the corporate inventory summary, and others as identified and implemented. Prepares Cash forecast weekly, monthly (WC)
Participates in the corporate annual physical inventory process as directed by the Corporate Finance and Plant Controller.
Performs internal audits and works with external annual audits and prepares reports.
Works with Tax inspector, Banks and other Local authorities.
Develops and maintains internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
Updates new statutes to run the company's system.
Arranges debt and equity financing
Carry out billing activities and send requests to collect money from customers.
Records ledger and clarify day-to-day transactions (petty cash vouchers, payment vouchers, and receipts, cash advances, etc.). Provide guidelines to strengthen controls of AR/AP to optimize cash flow
Ensures the completion of local government reports and others as assigned.
Identifies and resolves business issues that impact cost, inventory, and manufacturing variances
Administers payroll disbursement
Handles other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
Performs other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

Budgeting/Forecasting:

Coordinates with departments to conduct the annual budgeting process, develops the annual budget and supervises the implementation of the budget on a monthly basis, revise the budget in the middle of the year, forecast the budget for the last of 03 months of the year.
Reviews expenses and conducts analysis of operating expenses of monthly PL and budget variances with supporting reasons.
Monthly Operating expenses (Opex) analysis by item cost and by the department: labor cost variance, overhead cost variance, admin & Selling cost variance

Finance analysis:

Weekly EBIT forecast report and analysis gross margin actual and rolling of the month.
Prepares monthly business analysis reports, including the cost of goods sold analysis and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
Calculates the financial and operating metrics
Performs all other duties as assigned and required by BOD.

Reporting:

Weekly EBIT report: prepare forecast weekly EBIT, and roll to the end of the month.
Monthly FS report (IFRS)
Monthly cash flow report/forecasting report.
Quarterly package report (PL, BS, CF)
Yearly report
Management reports by department and/or business units
Financial reports for Vietnam authorities.
Statistical reports stipulated by local authorities: monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Ad hoc reports requested by BOD

Yêu cầu

At least 5 years of business administration, investment banking, or management consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Holder of Certificate for Chief Accountant.
Excellent problem-solving skills along with solid analytical skills, understanding of business process and systems optimization.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and practices.
Ability to process large amounts of numerical data, review data and make relevant management decisions.
Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
