Chief Accountant

• Advise & supervise team members for any issues for processing of accounting standard;
• Oversee daily transactions (receipts and payments, billings and expenditures) of company;
• Setting up of finance, tax, and relevant operating policies and procedures, including authority limits;
• Ensure that monthly management accounts are properly prepared in accordance with company's accounting policies and submitted on a timely basis;
• Ensure that Company submit accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS;
• Closely working with all departments, guide them to do in line with company financial procedure for cost control and risk mitigation;
• Ensure that local statutory reporting and tax filings are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis;
• Responsible for financial planning, supervision, and execution of the plan;
• Monitor financial budget, funding projection and fulfilment for projects at Company;
• Be liaison person and representative for company with the relevant government authorities;
• Liaise with internal / external auditors, bankers in relation to accounting & finance matters;
• Act as representative in respect of finance matters and issues at the Company. Cost controlling on Real Estate project, analyze financial reports & evaluate the operation to provide strategic information to Board Management as a basis for decision making. Highlight key matters and issues for attention to senior management. Assists management in problem solving and gives recommendations on process improvement;
• Work closely with other functions to control operation cost and expenses, improve cost structure;
• Responsibility in Bank Financing while ensuring that the interests of the Company and shareholders are properly addressed and smoothly project cash flow;
• Preparation of ad hoc reports;
• Other related tasks as assigned.
