Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Monitor and maintain financial health, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate/ support departments for accounting related.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including tax planning, reporting, and filing.
- Coordinate with Finance team for financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by CFO or Senior management.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5-10 years' experience in management level.
• Experience in e-commerce/ retail industry is preferred.
• Strong acknowledge of tax is a big advantage.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skill.
• Ability to work independently, solving problem, patient and carefully.
• Proficiency in using Vietnamese and international accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis.
• Self-motivated, responsibility.
• Positive attitude.
