1. Accounting (80%)
• Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department, including:
- VAS financial reports, Group financial reports (monthly, yearly)
- all kinds of VN tax VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT
- banks management (handle all kinds of payment, coordinate with banks, deal for good discount,...);
- AR AP aging management
- internal reports (budget, sales analysis, inventory management, business result analysis,...)
- cashflow management, forecasting expenditure
- analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
• Co-ordinate with outsource service to arrange yearly TP reports & declarations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters, VN government audit, internal/external audit,...
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
2. HR (20%)
• Monthly reconciliation of salary/PIT with HR service provider
• New-hire & termination process
• Manage labor contract, work permit, statutory insurance
