Mô tả công việc

- Develop financial models, create plans, monitor, financial activities against the plans:
+ Develop financial and tax strategies and reports for related stakeholders (including but not limited to the BoD, B2B partners, investors, and auditors);
+ Develop budget plans for each department within the organization.
+ Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with VN & US accounting practices, especially for digital sales and retail operations in the US market.
- Identify and address financial risks associated with contract, partnership, taxation changes, ect.
- Provide financial reports and analyses, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- In-depth knowledge and hands on working experience of Vietnam accounting practices and financial reports. US market experience will be a huge advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance with an ACCA or CPA certificate.
- Experience in finance management, accounting or audit management in global groups.
- Having work experience in big 4, auditing companies, finance, investment fund, banking, IT or manufacturing environments will be an advantage;
- Software skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Misa, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (SAP, ERP...)
- Priority is given to those with experience in import-export transactions
- Proficiency in using English in daily work
