JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. General Accounting
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
● Manage preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Review and verify invoices, expenses, and purchase orders to ensure policy compliance.
● Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
● Review, evaluate, and improve accounting processes where necessary.
● Collaborate directly with the General Director on accounting, finance, and relevant business topics.
2. Team Supervision & Management
● Train and support new team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
● Review team output to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
● Monitor workload distribution to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
● Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
3. Process Improvement & Compliance
● Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and work with the team to implement solutions.
● Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
● Proactively collaborate with other departments (Sales, Procurement, Logistics) to resolve potential issues and establish long-term solutions.
● Ensure the integrity and completeness of master data.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
● Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Misa, Odoo, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
● Proven experience in leading, supervising, and motivating an accounting team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations within deadlines.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
● Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
