Purpose:
Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cost control, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support business.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the general ledgers and all related accounts.
Maintaining other accounts and performing other accounting duties as required.
Oversee product costing and ensure accurate cost allocation (materials, labor, overhead).
Monitor and analyze cost variances; propose cost optimization solutions.
Work closely with production and operations teams to control manufacturing costs.
Manage all tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT...), and submit them to Tax Department.
Tax reduction and exemption of tax application.
Handle tax refund procedures and documentation.
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide variance analysis.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
Manage consolidated financial statements for the group.
Working with annual audit.
Working with Tax inspection and state agencies.
Supervise and develop the accounting team
Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
Preparing Accounting reports according to Vietnam law.
Participating in the management of company registration, registration alteration, factory registration, business registration, and other alteration subjects.
