Kế Toán Trưởng-Recruitment For The Position Of Chief Accountant

• Kiểm tra tính hợp lý, hợp lệ, đầy đủ của chứng từ thanh toán trên phần mềm SAP
• Phân tích số liệu kế toán, đánh giá các khoản phải thu, phải trả và theo dõi tình hình tài chính doanh nghiệp thông qua hệ thống SAP
• Lập Báo cáo Thuế định kỳ (tháng, quý), Báo cáo Tài chính năm và các báo cáo chi tiết, giải trình theo yêu cầu
• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, dữ liệu để cung cấp và làm việc trực tiếp với kiểm toán nội bộ, kiểm toán độc lập, kiểm toán thuế, hải quan
• Thực hiện quy trình khóa sổ cuối tháng và cuối năm trên phần mềm SAP. Đảm bảo nộp báo cáo tài chính đúng thời hạn theo quy định cho tập đoàn cơ quan thuế Việt Nam
• Đảm bảo nộp các báo cáo khác đúng thời hạn theo yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước.
• Xây dựng, hướng dẫn và ban hành các quy định, thủ tục liên quan đến kiểm soát nội bộ.
• Có kinh nghiệm kê khai thuế VAT/CIT/FCT/PIT.
• Có kinh nghiệm hoàn thuế VAT/PIT.
- Verify the reasonableness, validity, and completeness of payment documents on SAP software.
- Analyze accounting data, evaluate accounts receivable and payable, and monitor the company's financial situation through SAP software.
- Prepare periodic tax reports (monthly, quarterly), annual financial statements, and detailed reports and explanations as required.
- Prepare documents and data to provide and work directly with internal auditors, independent auditors, tax auditors, and customs authorities.
- Perform the closing procedures at the end of the month and year on SAP software. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to the Vietnamese tax authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of other reports as required by state agencies.
- Develop, guide, and issue regulations and procedures related to internal control.
- Experience in VAT/CIT/FCT/PIT tax declaration.
- Experience in VAT/PIT refund.
