- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data
- Control operating expenses; Manage maintenance fund and other resident-related funds in compliance with regulations
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, daily cash flow and liquidity, bank accounts for each property/fund....; prepare cash flow forecasts...
- Ensure compliance with: Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); Tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT); Housing regulations
- Lead and develop accounting team
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.
