Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of our e-commerce company. You will lead a team of professionals across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach and drive growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks.
Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
Implement and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Requirement
Our Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar leadership role in the e-commerce industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Solid experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Fast learner and able to take up new job knowledge and skills.
Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
Able to handle work pressure, able to handle stress.
Integrity, objective and proactive
Native Vietnamese with an effective communication and with a good command of English.
