Mô tả công việc

Responsible for working with the CEO and DD to set up and implement the Engineering Division, drive operational best practice property management in the field of M&E and construction related matters.
Prepare and implement new Technical procedures for the projects, training documents and development opportunities for the technical team.
Responsible for coordinating with the Project teams to review and highlight all M&E operational issues to champion best practice and efficient operation throughout the building's lifecycle.
Monitor and oversee the outsourced M&E Service Provider(s) and Management company to ensure they deliver technical service in accordance with the signed contract.
Support the new functions and organizational structure of inhouse Property Management company to deliver a premium property management service.
Creating and reviewing the M&E budget, supervise site based Chief Engineers to ensure prudent and efficient budgeting and expenditure.
Ensure all Technical Services are procured in accordance with Masterise procurement policy.
Co-ordinate with Project team and main contractor to handle common area and unit technical defects before and after
Handover to customer and during the building's defect liability period.
Supervise Chief Engineer at the site to prepare planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Programs and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare and implement emergency / safety procedures for the projects and supervise/ audit project's performance.
Collaborate with the IT team to assist the digitization of the technical aspect of the Property Management service offering and implement customized technology platform to all stakeholders.
Supervise site technical teams ensuring response to Repair and Maintenance service requests from customers meet the agreed KPIs.
Seek continuous improvement in the environmental performance of the building's energy consumption and deliver annual improvements.
Directly support CE at site to take-over projects and do testing & commissioning of the M&E system before putting into operation.
To perform other duties or go on business trip as assigned.

Yêu cầu

BSc/ BA level degree in Engineering/ Construction.
Detailed knowledge of all aspects of building management and technical Services. A working knowledge of property management/ facility management software solutions.
Strong communication abilities in Vietnamese and excellent English speaking skill.
Relevant experience in Property Management company to an international standard.
Relevant working experience of 8-10 years preferred and at least 3 years as Chief Engineer position.
A detailed knowledge of engineering, M&E building operations and property management operations.
Proficient in common application software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Motivated team player who has proven ability to manage staff and manage the Technical aspect of a diverse property portfolio.
A flexible, self-driven and proactive individual able to prioritize according to schedule and deadlines.
Demonstrated capability to execute strategy.
Ability to learn quickly and show resourcefulness.
Able to motivate and inspire and get the most out of people.
Teamwork mindset.
Mature, honest and good communicator.
