Mô tả công việc
The CFO's position in this company is primarily to ensure the sustainability of the business, from strategic investment and fund management through to the oversight of the daily tasks of the finance team, their role is making sure peak fiscal performance is reached at all times. As we grow from a medium to large sized enterprise the management of policy and financial structure will be key to the companies success and as such the CFO needs to have the ability through experience to navigate the potential pitfalls along the way being proactive in their endeavors so not break momentum, whilst remaining diligent on the compliance and legal front.
Supervise accounting team to ensure effective performance of the team
o Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning.
o Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
o Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, account maintenance and data entry.
o Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
o Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
o Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of accounting personnel.
o Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned tasks and goals.
o Executing accounting/finance strategic plan and aligning it with general corporate strategy.
o Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing finance/accounting activities.
o Arrange on-the-job training for new staff and all current staff in the team
o Help and coaching staff to improve their job skills.
o Create a safe environment in which people see themselves more clearly;
o Listening, asking focused questions, reflecting feedback, challenging, and acknowledging staff
o Clarify goals and agreed-upon results
o Identifies gaps between where the staff is and where the staff needs or wants to be
o Understand and anticipates potential obstacles
o Guide the building of the structure, accountability, and support necessary to ensure sustained commitment
Responsible for Board/Management reporting and financial/strategic planning to support BOD in their decision making
o Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
o Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
o Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
o Ensure compliance with local, state, budgetary reporting requirements.
o Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
o Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
Customers/other internal departments/related parties liaison for financial issues
o Oversee financial management of operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
o Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
o There will be some involvement and interaction with the other group companies, providing assistance as required for these businesses

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, and/or experience in an international audit firm.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Ability to influence and strong accountability.
- Proficiency in English.
