We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join
our team. You will be in charge of SI GROUP's human resources function,
reporting to the Chairman and CEO. This is a true generalist role with a handson focus on attracting, retaining, developing, and rewarding a workforce
committed to SI GROUP values and focused on providing high-quality services
to our residents. Due to the specialized nature of the activities, a potential
candidate must also have a solid background in investment, finance, and
migrants.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead Human Resources practices and procedures that assist
the business in its pursuit of profitable sales growth and increased
productivity, as well as cultivate an employee-oriented, high-performance
culture.
- Manage the hiring and ongoing development of a top-tier workforce.
- Drive and support the creation and implementation of cultural change
plans and interventions.
- Serve as a strategic interface for senior managers/stakeholders by
providing high-quality guidance and support in developing and advancing
people management solutions to meet business objectives.
- Integrate HR programs, policies, and procedures and add value to the
business by collaborating effectively with line management and providing
professional guidance and support.
- Coach, advise, and assist managers in the implementation of HR
policies/practices and people/HR issues in order to reduce risk and
financial exposure.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or
Organization Development;

- At least 5 years of experience in human resources operational activities,
preferably in migrant companies or in the investment and finance field;
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
- A self-assured, precise, and well-organized individual;
- The ability to work under high pressure;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to
engage, inspire, and influence others;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, as
well as a thorough understanding of the labor market;
- Excellent management, communication, and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical, and negotiating skills, as
well as budget management abilities;
- Capable of communicating and coordinating effectively with staff
members, including Vietnamese, expats, and international partners;
- A comprehensive understanding of the relationship between HR and
business strategy.
