At the same time, it allows advertisers to connect with publishers to run the campaigns. In addition, Permate Global also serves as a place for connecting and learning about the Affiliate Marketing industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a key important role in shaping and driving our marketing and GTM strategies. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our brand presence in the global marketplace, driving customer and community engagement within the company's industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our company goals:
* Brand growth
- Build and develop monetization and go-to-market strategies based on market research, market trends, target customers, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand presence and accelerate product adoption.
- Brand management: Build, maintain and enhance the company's image across various channels, including website, social networks, email, SEO, Paid traffic etc.
- Manage and build community, promote active participation and development.
- Create, deploy and moderate community-building programs on social media including Facebook, Linkedin, automated emails etc.
- Create and execute ROI-focused performance campaigns.
* Events & PR
- Plan and implement online seminars, and attend industry events to promote company products.
- Manage relationships and maintain regular contact with domestic and foreign partners.
* Project management
- Marketing analytics: analyze and report on traffic, conversions, attribution, and channel growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of marketing projects.
- Evaluate completed projects and share key learnings for continuous improvement.
- Marketing budget management includes tracking expenses, diving up the budget among various campaigns and developing solutions for budget optimization.
* Human Development
- Promote a culture of learning and development, especially the company's People culture.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with HRD and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
