What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the FMCG (Baby Care, Supplement, Cosmetic) industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ensure that marketing campaigns are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.

6. Partnerships and Stakeholder Management:
