Mô tả công việc
1. Primary Objective:
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for AI blockchain projects to elevate brand awareness, attract customers, and optimize revenue.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Identify target markets, analyze competitors, and devise strategies to capture market share.
Operational Marketing Management
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and achieving high ROI.
Brand Development and Management
Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all media channels.
Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and achievement.
Conduct performance evaluations, providing strategic insights and improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor, analyze, and report on the efficacy of marketing initiatives, leveraging advanced analytical tools to inform strategic decisions.
Recommend and implement strategic adjustments based on data analytics and market feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service departments to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
Participate in product development to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.

2. Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience in the Marketing industry with at least 3 years as a Senior Leadership.
Proven expertise in blockchain, AI, or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
Deep knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
Preference for candidates with international education or top-tier domestic university graduates with honors.
