We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, moves quickly, and leverages AI to improve the way work gets done.
Partner with the CEO to execute strategic priorities and special projects.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Prepare research, business analysis, executive briefs, and decision materials.
Build simple AI-powered workflows or internal tools to improve productivity.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
Track key priorities and ensure follow-through across teams.
Yêu cầu
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Excellent communication in English.
High ownership, integrity, and execution ability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Bolt, Loveable, Replit AI, or similar to automate work or build lightweight solutions.
Able to quickly turn ideas into practical outcomes using AI.
