We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Operating Officer/ Operation Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations. You will be responsible for formulating strategy, tracking and improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance.

You'll do
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability and efficiency
- Manage budgets & oversees daily operations, and purchasing activities
- Provide a consultative, tactical, and strategic HR point of view across the company, supporting a variety of people operations needs as the business requires
- Help promote a company culture that encourages a winning mindset and the highest performance.

Yêu cầu
You have...
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, or related fields
- Proven work experience as Chief Operating Officer or Operations Manager or similar role for a SaaS/ technology company.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Solid understanding of financial management
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
- Excellent communication & organizational skills

- Salary range: upto $4000 Gross
