Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the entire Security Department to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Develop and implement hotel security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor all security systems, surveillance cameras, and access control to prevent loss, theft, or accidents.
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department, etc.) on security and safety matters when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of all hotel areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and train security staff in professional conduct, emergency handling, and guest service.
• Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and irregularities accurately and promptly.
• Oversee fire safety systems, first aid equipment, and evacuation drills.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and recommend improvements to enhance overall security.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Security, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-5-star hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally.
• Background in military or police service is an advantage.
