Mô tả công việc
Follow sales team performance goals and set individual performance goals.
Understand and present the company's reseller products and the company's software solutions.
Develop new customers, establish and maintain those new and old customer information on CRM.
Maintain & update the entire selling process in CRM.
Planning customer visits and record customer needs.
Inquiry, quote and collect competitor information.
Attend sales meeting every two weeks.
Organize customer seminars (Onsite Workshops) to explain the company's product functions and promote the company's solutions.
Prepare proposals to meet the needs of customers and understand the situation of competitors in reality.
Create purchase requisition, track delivery & shipment dates.
Communicate and coordinate with the customer, and assist in the handover & execution of technical project.
Track & update the progress of the project, and take care of the payment percentage.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree required.
Able to communicate in Chinese, verbally and written
At least one year experience in sales
Knowledge of the automation industry will be an added advantage
Enable to use Microsoft Office
Results-oriented with a positive work attitude
Strong collaborative skills in working with different cultures.
