Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation project management, with at least 3 years in life insurance or financial services.
Prefer candidates who have led large-scale projects in claims, operations, digital transformation, and have experience working with C-level executives.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strategic thinking, strong financial analysis and planning skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, creative and pragmatic problem-solving.
Data management, analytics, and experience with AI/Machine Learning are advantages.

Certifications: Preferably Scrum Master,
