JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible to resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate way through inbound call, email or live chat
Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Log customer interactions in our system for proper documentation
Review customer's account to identify and offer products that will benefit the customers (Sales Representative)
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
Excellent written and communication skills in native (Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/Chinese) and English language
Background or interest in a BPO, Customer Service, and/or Sales (freshers are welcome)
Have a passport valid for at least 18 months.
Multitasking and computer navigation abilities
Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply it to improve results
Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver superior service
Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience
Prior working experiences in customer-oriented product environment, consulting, or operations role
Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
BENEFITS
Net salary up to 4100-4400 RM (21,000,000 - 23,000,000 VND)
Annual leave.
Housing allowance, language allowance, KPI, night shift allowance.
Work 40 hours/week.
1 year contract. If you want to extend, please resign.
