Mô tả công việc
1.1.1. C & B policy:
- Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of C&B policy at each level of the organization.
- Immediately propose opinions and solutions for review current C&B policies alignment with actual labour market.
- Immediately propose and implement all necessary actions to improve effectiveness of all C&B program.
1.1.2. C & B Process:
- Manage the payroll to ensure that all the monthly salary payments are made accurately and timely.
- Ensure the salary payment process meets company' requirement.
- Keep information related to payroll high confidential as the regulation.
- Ensure the human resource information system is maintained regularly.

1.1. Job requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in labour law, insurance law.
- Comprehension and knowledge of compensation & benefit system.
- Demonstrated payroll management experience.
- Strong background in human resource and at least 2 years in payroll/ C&B management.
1.2. Other requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines & multiple priorities;
- Willing to learn;
- Able to work independently as well as teamwork;
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good computer skill.
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field;
- Requires integrity and honesty, highly self-confident
- Proactive and positive attitude and thinking.
- Good - humoured, self - motivated.
- FMCG experience is advantage.
