1. Manage orders, coordinate and fulfill requests between customers, sales, and the factory.
2. Provide customer requirements, specifications, and project schedules, and assist cross-departmentally with new product launches, prototyping, and mass production.
3. Track production lead times and quality control, follow up on order exceptions, and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
4. Communicate with customers about their needs and assist the
sales supervisor/manager with customer engagement.
5. Complete inquiries promptly and provide various solutions.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Undergraduate degree or above, with experience in customer service or merchandising.
2. Excellent communication and verbal skills, strong teamwork, strong execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Familiarity with basic office software and English reading and writing skills (Level 5 or higher, or CEFR C1 or higher, or IELTS 6.5 or higher).
4. Diligent, down-to-earth, meticulous, and able to withstand moderate work pressure.
5. Experience using JDE or similar ERP systems; experience working for a printing, packaging, or international trading company. Candidates with Chinese reading and writing skills are preferred.
