Handle monthly payroll and ensure accurate compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Manage insurance, PIT, and employee benefits contributions.
Coordinate with accounting for salary and bonus processing.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in C&B (preferably 100+ staff companies).
Solid knowledge of labor law, PIT, insurance regulations.
Excel proficiency and HRIS experience.
Good English communication (working with regional teams).
