A. Program Development and Implementation
- Develop and oversee the core and extracurricular English curriculum framework for all operational systems at schools.
- Implement English and International programs across schools within the system.
- Create and execute assessment tools and evaluation criteria to meet the needs of child development assessments.
- Manage and coordinate the overall operations of foreign teachers, English program coordinators, and teaching assistants.
- Adjust or recommend adjustments to the English curriculum content in the educational management software used by preschool institutions.
B. Program Quality Assurance
- Design and manage evaluation templates for educational activities, lesson plans, English teaching reports, extracurricular program enrollment reports, and competency assessment results.
- Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc inspections to monitor and ensure program quality.
- Evaluate teacher performance through assessment cycles.
- Oversee child assessments at preschools within the system.
C. Research and Program Development
- Plan and execute teacher training sessions to enhance professional competencies.
- Research and implement English and International programs tailored to the needs of preschools.
