Mô tả công việc

1. Job description
Perform the day-to-day processing of accounting transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner:
- Review invoices and check purchasing materials requests, Po, contract
- Sort and match invoices with GRN
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
- Compiles and records statistical information
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Record GIT monthly.
- Check and record inland fee related to importing materials and FG follow right cost center and account number.
- Allocating transportation fee for each shipment
- Assist in month end closing
- Assist in WCM activities
- Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
- Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety, and health

Yêu cầu công việc

2. Job requirement
- Being graduated from university, bachelor's degree of accounting, finance is required
- Having more than 1 year of experience in the field of accounting/finance or more than 3 years of experience in industrial production
- Having data management skills, doing accounting/finance tasks on computers, teamwork skills, completing tasks on time and complying with confidentiality.
- Ability to learn, patient, willing to adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Priority is given to candidates who have passed F5 or/and F7 ACCA, have experience in using ERP, SAP.
- Good command of English.
