Handles the employment contract management in regard to issuance, revision and renewal of contracts;
Handle HR operations and benefits administration conducted on time.
Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure...);
To guide and answer questions about policies and staff benefits for employee.
Ensures that the onboarding and exit clearance procedures are carried out properly and promptly.
Support TR Manager to develop and implement C&B policies, benefits schemes & programs.
Support TR Manager to prepare annual budget.
Participate/assist in implementing teams projects & initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in HR.
Experience in life insurance industry is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
High sense of responsibility, result-oriented and enthusiasm.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and HR software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
