Checking and updating daily attendance of employees
Do monthly Payroll, Insurance Reports & PIT
Handling employees medical claim
Preparation of HR-related reports
Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in-house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
Ensure employee disciplinary matters are properly handled
Assist in recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees' record, etc.
Handling full spectrum of oversea employee support including new application, renewal of work permit, per diem, temporary residence card, purchase of insurance, transportation and dormitory-related matters
Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration, Labour Office, Statutory Office, etc. as and when required
To support HR activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies such as stationeries, uniform, pantry items, etc.
Handling hotel/transport booking for employees on business trip including air-ticket and visa
Prepare and submit purchase request for HR department

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2 to 3 years' C&B experience in manufacturing industry
Attention to detail, high integrity, able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge in VN Labor Code
Ability to speak English in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
English Level: Intermediate
2 to 3 years' C&B experience in manufacturing industry
Attention to detail, high integrity, able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge in VN Labor Code
Ability to speak English in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
