Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Chi Phí -Cost Analyst (Lương 10-15 Triệu)

I. Job purpose
This Cost analyst requires a person fully capable of performing in cost accounting and understanding of accounting principles.
The Cost analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and the preparation of monthly closing and financial reporting which includes monthly management report, analysis of manufacturing variance vs budget and vs standard and P/L analysis.
II. Key responsibilities
1. Plant manufacturing cost control
- Work with operations to track and control cost including labor, variable and fixed cost
- Update actual spending and budget status for departments to utilize plant budget better
- Conducting analysis of costs related to various aspects of plant and benchmarking to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Building queries from system to maintain accurate and up-to-date cost data
- Proficient in the use of internal cost system
2. Flash report submit
- Review Purchase request and Purchase order progress and check these with all departments to forecast variable expenses and fixed expenses. Drive and follow up expenses under flash report
- Update production plan and overtime plan, headcount with related departments such as HR and production team to forecast labor cost for flash report.
- Developing cost analysis and reconciliation to delivery accuracy Flash report
- Submit flash report to FP&A Regional team
3. Cost savings
- Tracking for plant cost saving projects
- Monthly verify saving amount for plant cost saving projects
4. Month-end closing
- Prepare month-end closing entries related to cost allocation and adjusted journal entry
- Reconcile actual spending versus Flash to identify any discrepancies
- Other jobs assigned by managers
