Work directly with the Marketing and Product teams to analyze campaign performance, product usage data, and user behavior.
Identify key growth metrics and build dashboards to visualize business performance and marketing funnels
Translate business questions into data analysis, and provide clear, insightful, and actionable recommendations.
Own and maintain data dashboards and models - ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across teams.
Enable data-driven decision-making by building and automating reports and tracking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, measure outcomes, and improve campaign and product performance.
Support A/B testing efforts and marketing experiments with relevant data design and post-test analysis.
Explore new data tools and suggest improvements to our tracking and attribution frameworks.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a similar role - ideally in a SaaS, eCommerce, or
digital marketing environment.
Experience with web analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel,).
Strong SQL skills: proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with BI tools and building dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Metabase, Looker)
Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and attribution models.
Experience with data modeling and database structures is a plus.
Good communication and storytelling skills - able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus if you've worked with Python, R, or big data tools (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
