Design and optimize organizational structure, reporting lines, scope of work
Develop and update job architecture, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and workforce planning
Design and operate performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
Participate in talent development initiatives, succession planning, career paths, and leadership programs
Standardize HR policies, procedures, and reporting systems
Provide consultation and support to business units on OD and culture initiatives
Yêu cầu
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2-5 years of experience in OD/HR (preferably in fast-growing companies or group models)
Strong knowledge of organization design, job analysis, competency frameworks, and performance systems
Excellent analytical thinking, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: knowledge/certifications in SHRM, CIPD, Leadership Development,...
