Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute timely internal communication activities and events to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.
Implement and execute in-house employee communication to increase employee engagement, including planning and organizing newsletters, multi-media publications, and surveys.
Create and administer online and offline communication channels such as a website, email, fan page, and so on.
Work with HRM to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and align with the company's goals and core values.

Yêu cầu

At least 02 years of experience in Internal Communication/ Marketing,...
Experience in content creation and delivery, including email, newsletter, video, and presentation.
Prefer a candidate who has good knowledge of Photoshop and Video editing.
A good communicator who has experience to host Corporate Events.
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in training/ teaching in-house is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
A Trend Adopter & Art Lover who is self-motivated & goal oriented.
Can work individually and cooperate in teamwork.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities.
