Mô tả công việc

Division/ Dept.: PM
Reports to: General Manager
PROFESSION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Discuss with clients to identify their needs and give advices
2. Join project team to inspect exitsting site if necessary
3. Oversee projects in tender phase, from advising Design team at technical solutions to controlling BOQ and price, hence ensure a proper and identical submission that meets clients' requirements
4. Be the project team lead after the tender-appointment milestone, play the role as the main contact point between clients and internal project team and quickly resolve all the arising issues
5. Supervise and control the quality of detailed drawings, material resources and other construction documentations, ensure to adequately transfrom the design to reality
6. Supervise and control the construction quality and project master schedule, ensure to handover the projects following the agreed timeline at a good quality
7. Update continuously about the technical solutions and innovations in the industry, hence propose innovative ideas to develop project quality and efficiency in the future
8. Be responsible for researching and studying about technology/ tools to support the tasks of a PM

Yêu cầu

1. Education - Profession: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering
2. Computing Skills: MS Office, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop
3. Language Skills: Fluent English, Fluency in other languages would be an advantage
4. Skills & Experience required:
- At least 3-year experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge about technical solutions in office buildings
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and oversee various projects to meet deadlines
- Good understanding about the office buildings is a plus
- Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
