RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (KANTAR GRADUATE ACCELERATED RECRUITMENT
PROGRAM 2024)

Kantar Graduate Recruitment Program is a one-year-program, which consists of development modules, mentorship, challenging assessments, and on-the-job learning. If you are passionate to begin your career in market research industry, this is an entry level role to the industry, which enables you to develop strong foundations in insights-based consulting.
Research Executive (Graduation Program) is responsible for learning the brand offer and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations & reports, manage projects & engage clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to
Directors, Managers and Executives across a range of accounts and create
meaningful impact on our client's businesses. Your contributions to the team
are:
Project management
and general administration of the end-to-end research project
Responsible for
maintenance of normative databases, for coordinating & monitoring
accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork & data
provision from relevant departments
Account
management - responsible for the accurate & timely delivery of
accounts outputs including data tables, workshops, presentations, and
reports.
Works
efficiently by planning, reviewing, improving and streamlining processes
& systems without compromising quality
Analysis &
research expertise - understand data from various sources, implements
research solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients' needs and
their business
Client
management & consultancy; apply basic level of knowledge and
understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with
clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them
Equally important, as part of the one-year-program you will be required to actively participate in series of trainings, mentorship, examinations, and work practices at all Kantar divisions.
Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard, as represented in the Company's Quality Manual and supporting procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT TO BRING
You are passionate to demonstrate your enthusiasm in developing a career in the world of consumer data and insights.
Highly organized person to be able to juggle multiple projects and ensure timely client delivery.
You have a with a keen eye for the minutiae - detailed oriented.
You possess a solid analytical skill; comfortable dealing with numbers, big data, and keen to learn how to turn data into compelling insights.
Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation.
You have a strong communication skill (verbally and written) as your confident in speaking to the team, clients, and partners is essential.
Essentials
Holds minimum bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.
You are a fresh graduate or have less than 1 year working experience.
Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications, advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint would be an added value.

Our recruitment process aims to find the best candidates to our
graduate program. Following the CV screening phase, shortlisted candidates will
receive an invitation email to complete the first assessment; (1) Recorded Video Interview. Next, shortlisted
candidates will receive an email to take part of an (2)
online assessment, which consists of personality test through playing online
games, and a set of numerical/ abstract reasoning test. Lastly, shortlisted
candidates will be invited to attend our (3)
Online group case study presentation and interview with the Hiring Managers. Through this final stage,
you will understand further our business and the Graduate Recruitment Program,
meet the representatives of Kantar team, and for you to showcase who you are
and what you can bring to our team.
