Introduce and provide consultation to customers regarding the company's travel products: group tours, private tours, visa and passport services, cooking class tours, coffee tours, etc.
Design customized travel programs according to customer requests and follow the business department's procedures (selling travel packages to foreign customers);
Update customers on timely information related to pricing, promotions, and other offers;
Build, manage, update, and nurture assigned customer relationships;
Directly engage with customers and partners to answer their inquiries and meet their needs via social media platforms (such as WhatsApp, Skype, Line, KakaoTalk...), email, or phone;
Record customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, and address them promptly;
Collaborate with the operations department to fulfill the services committed to the customers;
Propose and implement customer appreciation programs to ensure the best experiences for customers;
Proactively search for potential clients and agents;
Partner with various organizations, companies, schools, and customer conferences to promote the company's brand and service
Carry out other tasks as requested by the Director and aligned with the company's overall goals
Receive tasks from the leadership team, working towards common objectives
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, foreign languages, or related fields;
Male/Female with at least 3 years of experience in the position of Sales Inbound Tour (selling tours to foreign customers);
Proficient in English; candidates with additional language skills are preferred;
Good appearance, agile, and having a sense of aesthetics is an advantage;
Proficient in office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.;
Strong ability to persuade customers and negotiate with partners;
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Positive attitude, pleasant, open-minded, honest, dynamic, and decisive personality;
Good knowledge of customers: able to understand customer needs and expectations;
Willingness to learn and improve professional skills;
Strong knowledge of domestic and outbound destinations;
Proactive and creative at work, capable of suggesting improvements within the scope of their role or department, and contributing new business ideas.
