Key Tasks:
- Support PM in developing product business strategies.
- Analyzing potential market, competitor positioning, and customer buying pattern to tender demand/profitability for potential products.
- Provide scientific tools (articles, leaflet, brochure, customer and product
presentations etc...) to customers the right marketing activities and tools
to increase awareness following PM assignments. - Involve in a plan to launch and promote products.
- Generate and manage KOL mapping framework.
- Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through
advanced education and work experience. - Involve in organizing conference, symposia, product group presentation,
seeding & clinical trials. - Conduct customer surveys after marketing events or before launching a
new product. - Collaboration with sales team & service team to collect and involve in
analyzing the market situation related to products, collecting competitor
prices and other competitive information. - Update technical specifications of reagent and analyzer which are
submitted tender dossiers, sales projects. - Do cost per test calculation as per clients' requests.
- Other tasks related to job requirements from Product Manager.
Sales Engagement:
- Monitor and give inputs on sales performance to effectively market
assigned products. - Forecast and monitor sales of instrument and reagent and report monthly.
- Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
- Support to design and execute sales campaigns for the assigned product
line.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical
Engineering, Medical Laboratory - At least 2 year's experiences as Product Specialist or equivalent
- Skills:
o Good knowledge and understanding of general business
processes and KPIs
o Good at English
o Effective negotiation, excellent communication skill
o Analytical skills
o Good presentation skill & team player
o Good at cooperating and interacting with others
o Ability to manage multitasks at the same time
o Highly positive and eager to learn
o Able to work independently
