JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
Smulie is seeking a dynamic and creative Social/Community Marketer to join our growing team. As a Social/Community Marketer, you will play a key role in building and engaging our community across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and implementing strategies to grow our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Working hours:
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Monday to Friday
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience with digital B2C products in the global market, managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Experience particularly in the music or edtech context, is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook / X / Discord /...), algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
