1. Sourcing and Procurement:
Conduct price checks, transactions, and comparisons based on quotations from suppliers.
Control purchasing prices to ensure they do not exceed price standards.
Evaluate the services, prices, and quality of imported raw materials to identify quality suppliers.
Purchase equipment, tools, and raw materials to ensure safety and meet production schedules.
2. Contract Management and Supplier Evaluation:
Review and sign contracts as necessary.
Work closely with departments to forecast weekly and monthly raw material needs.
Ensure packaging materials meet quality and production deadlines.
3. Quality Assurance and Technical:
Assess supplier delivery status and be responsible for product quality and raw materials.
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to quality and corrective actions regarding raw materials and supplies.
Evaluate suppliers and partners as requested by the company.
4. Delivery Management and Inventory:
Develop and implement raw material plans to meet sales demand.
Plan and issue purchase orders.
Control inventory and update inventory status.
Coordinate with warehouses to update inventory status.
5. New Product Development and Cost Control
