Mô tả công việc
Optimize all revenue streams to maximize profit contribution to the overall performance of the hotel. Plan, implement, and monitor all commercial activities in the hotel
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through approved growth plans to fulfill e-commerce business strategies.
Analyze, plan, and track revenue and pick-up compared with the market across all online channels including OTAs and hotel websites.
Plan, implement and follow up campaigns on all commercial platforms.
Ensure content across all platforms are accurate and up-to-date through regular follow up with relevant channel Market Managers and Account Managers.
Monitor and control pricing following approved strategy and rate structure on PMS, Channel Manager, and Extranet across all channels. Ensure rate parity at all times.
Ensure optimal distribution across all channels through timely updates of inventory and availability, as well as accurate mapping of booking channels to rates in PMS and Channel Manager.
Proactively managing sales leads, responding to inquiries including those on social media channels in a timely fashion, and answering questions on availability and rates to increase conversion.
Monitor online customer feedback and respond accordingly in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Head Office, Sales, and Marcom of Fusion Hotel Group to maximize sales, distribution channels, and yield strategies.
Maintaining an understanding of current commercial practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
Communicate with GM, Front Office Manager, and others on a daily basis.
Perform other duties as assigned by the seniors.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a related area and 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Good spoken and written communication skills
Proficient in budgeting and forecast business
Good administration and computer skills
Independent and proactive in the job

Flexible working time: 9 hours shift from Monday to Sunday => 8 DAYS OFF/MONTH
