Mô tả công việc

Recruitment (70%):
Receive and control recruitment proposals, post jobs, search and screen resumes from different sources, arrange interviews, evaluate and select suitable candidates, negotiate and review to ensure quantity, and the quality of recruitment assigned.
Exploiting and developing internal and external candidate sources.
In charge of recruiting tech & non-tech, remote positions
Other tasks (30%):
In charge of personnel records management.
Receiving new employees, drafting, signing and storing documents, records, contracts.
Carry out probationary assessment/re-contract evaluation. Drafting relevant documents such as: NDA, Labor Contract, etc.
Organize company activities and movements.
Building company culture
Other requirements of management.

Yêu cầu công việc

2-3 years experience as Headhunter, Internal Recruiter, or similar roles
Experiences in IT recruitment is a big plus
Proactive, agile and responsible at work.
Good communication skills, connecting people.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good MS Office skills.
Good English
Graduated from College or above majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, ....
