Receive recruitment requests, build job descriptions and carry out recruitment according to plan
Search and attract candidates through channels: Linkedin, Jobsites, Social, Network....
Participate in the entire recruitment process: Create candidate sources, Set up interviews, Discuss interview results with Hiring Manager and candidates, support candidates after onboarding
Participate in building and implementing the Employer Branding plan
Yêu cầu
Have least 3-5 year of experience in recruiting IT positions.
Have knowledge of IT positions and markets.
Have participated in the entire recruitment process (receiving recruitment requests, building candidate profiles, planning and implementing recruitment, post-recruitment work).
Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Nice to have:
Have experience in recruitment communications
Have basic design experience to serve recruitment needs
Proactive, responsible; Have a mindset to improve work quality and efficiency

Package: 13 - 14 months salary per year
95% salary paid during probation
